• Our People The most critical component of our approach is people. The right people in even the wrong environment can still produce successful results. The wrong people in ANY environment will doom a project to failure. At Cirilian, we pride ourselves in the caliber of person we put to a task.
  
  
• SDLC The Systems Development Life Cycle is a tried and true approach to technical projects. We have our own version of the SDLC at Cirilian. There are set documents that our clients know and expect during the process. There are also internal documents that our managers and developers are accustomed to. Having a rigid process ensures that all of our projects will go off without a hitch.
  
  
• Flexibility While we have an established methodology that serves us well, we understand that some organizations may have a slightly different approach. We willingly adhere to any sound approach even if it differs from ours. The most important issue is that our clients (and we) are organized and on task. If we are better able to meld into our client's organization by adjusting our approach, then we welcome that opportunity.
